Product Terms & Conditions

Due to my current obligations as an independent illustrator and writer, I have partnered with (2) third party drop shippers to fulfill most of my product orders. Many of the products I offer are printed on demand. This means the products are made when you order. Shipping times may vary depending on the time it takes to print and package each item before shipping. If you order a variety of products, please be aware they may ship at different times.

Keep in mind, actual products may look slightly different than the mock-up pictures online. I have done my best to order product samples in an effort to gauge the quality of the items you are purchasing. However, because I do not hold most of the inventory or take part in the packaging and shipping, I am not able to have full quality control over each item. Refunds & Returns Policy

Our policy states that there are no returns or exchanges on any purchased items.   

If for some reason your item was received damaged, broken, or unusable, please send photographed proof of the problem as well as the packing slip to tropicsalvi@gmail.com. I also require you to send me your order number and contact information so I can further assist you. Please do not send your purchase back to the original sender.

How long does shipping usually take?

Depending on the product, it can take up to 4 days to produce the product and 5-7 business days to fulfill shipping. Some orders will take longer depending on cultural events (during holidays postal carriers usually see a significant influx of orders needing to be processed and therefor shipping times are affected). I put in the wrong address. Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for the input of incorrect addresses. As an independent illustrator, I can't afford to do so. Please check your address when placing your order and afterwards the address can be found on your order confirmation. If you realize that you've entered the wrong address, please email us ASAP and I will do my best to rectify the error if possible.
